NAYO adheres to the social responsibility vision of ‘optimizing laboratory, inspiring future’ and has formed an EPC2 social responsibility model centered on the environment, products and people. We actively practice ESG actions mainly in the following six core areas:
i. Support each employee in the office/factory to turn off the lights in time when off working
ii. Support office digitalization, minimize paper waste
iii. Encourage green production in factories to reduce carbon emissions
i. Provide employees with good office space and safe production environment to ensure their health and safety
ii. Provide employees with various employee benefits and company activities including insurances, housing fund, annual physical examination, paid annual leave, corporate additional annual leave, team building, etc.
i. The corporate functional teams and sales team maintain a certain frequency of visits to distributors/agents and relevant training
ii. Adheres to the principles of integrity and altruism and insists on timely delivery of each payment
i. NAYO established 2-hour after-sales response support and 7/24 technical consulting services
ii. Established a user-centric organizational structure, linking R&D, marketing and sales departments to jointly provide customers with better products and services
i. In 2022, under the coordination of the Xiaogan Red Cross Society, NAYO donated two fully automatic liquid handling workstations and 200,000 consumables to Hubei Aerospace Hospital, with a total value of more than RMB 600,000, to help fight the covid-19
