Organoid Drug Sensitivity Testing

Organoids are three-dimensional multicellular in vitro cultures formed by self-organization of stem cells. They are usually regarded as simplified models of tiny organs. They show great potential in research fields such as growth and development, disease modeling and drug development, and have become an important development direction for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The traditional organoid culture system is based on manual operations to build an organoid growth environment and conduct organoid drug screening. However, errors are introduced due to poor stability and uniformity levels of repeated manual operations, which affects the stability of organoid culture and screening results. In order to meet the needs of organoid automation, NAYO has launched the A8 series of liquid handling workstations to assist in the transformation and application of organoids.
